Did You Know Reflexology will detoxify?

Based on the principals of reflexology, every part, organ and gland of the body is mirrored on the bottom of the feet . When a reflexologist works your feet with  gentle massage and stimulation of  reflex  pressure points, this will in fact help the body to detox itself.  Some clients have noticed this elimination by means of perspiration of the feet, stomach nausea, headaches, sleepiness, poor mental clarity, more frequent urination  and bowel movements.   This is know as the "healing crisis".  This detoxification usually only last 24 -48 hours after a treatment and then a better sense of well being will follow.
